CC-DRIVER and RAYUELA projects will gather the following information:

• Your name, professional affiliation, and contact information.

• Photographs and/or video recordings of your participation in CC-DRIVER and RAYUELA research activities.

• Your opinions and evaluation of CC-DRIVER and RAYUELA, via discussions, interviews, or follow up interactions.

A legal ID for entry into to the venue will be required, but this information won’t be stored by the event organisers.

Observer notes of discussions and questions will be made during this event. Photographs, audio, and or video records will be made during event, to promote the project.

 

We may use our notes (devoid of personal data) to write articles for journals and relevant industry magazines and for promoting the projects in general (e.g. on social media or in newsletters).
